  Having made plans for a new home in Florida and an apartment in Manhattan, the homeowners recently put Saltmeadows on the marker.  Their broker, Elena D'Agostino of Signature Properties in Cold Spring Harbor, points out that its property rights include a boat slip, with access to electricity,water and boathouse storage.   A rather unique collaboration took place recently in Lloyd Harbor between a builder, a realtor and half a dozen designers. Harold I. Buri, of West Neck Development LLC contracted with Elena M. D'Agostino to sell his "spec" house. This
  dynamic duo weighed their marketing options to sell the Hamptons shingle style house including possibly furnishing it.
  The Navajo white exterior with Victorian green shutters is enhanced by a 60-foot front porch accessorized by twenty nine pergola columns. James Keller, the architect, designed the 6,000 square-foot house and with the addition of the porch, with its mahogany tongue and grove flooring, cedar tongue and grove ceiling and crown molding and recessed lighting, its visually
  much more impressive.
